9 Hartwell Place, Cheltenham – our cosmetic fixer-upper attracted a decent crowd on auction day this weekend. After a pass in, it took a matter of minutes before being able to negotiate a sale with a buyer in the crowd. Although the vendors asked for the price to remain undisclosed to the public, they were extremely satisfied with the result! We welcome another owner occupier to a wonderful street, within a short stroll to everything!
16 Ward Street, Cheltenham – a stunning modern 2 bedroom townhouse which overlooks Mentone (fantastic views). This one sold as a Private Treaty for $425,000 to an investor. My very happy vendor will now begin to look for (and bid on) their next property which is exciting for them also.
